Taylor's theorem state that every Taylor series can be estimated to be equal to the infinite sum of the many terms up to a certain point plus R(n). R(n) is the remainder when estimating a Taylor series to only n terms.
M is the maximum value of f^(n+1) (c) such that c maximizes the n+1 derivative of f(x).
